Savoury taste: Sea salt, seaweed, miso, sweet miso, tamari/shoyu, umeboshi, stock
Sweet taste: Apple juice concentrate, rice syrup, barley malt, amasake
Pungent, sour, spicy or fresh herbal taste: Umeboshi vinegar, brown rice vinegar, lemon juice, spices, herbs
