Wholegrain porridge (for a sweet tooth dried fruits and/or rice syrup may be added)

Greens (with or without oil)

Seeds and condiments (good quality oils and minerals)

Miso soup (mineral rich and good probiotic effect from the enzymes of miso=fermented soya beans)

Vegetable protein (with or without oil=fried breakfast!)
